KEUANGAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA SALINAN PERATURAN MENTERI KEUANGAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA NOMOR 152 TAHUN 2023 TENTANG PERUBAHAN ATAS PERATURAN MENTERI KEUANGAN NOMOR 45/PMK.010/2022 TENTANG PENETAPAN TARIF BEA MASUK DALAM KERANGKA KERJA MENGENAI KERJA SAMA EKONOMI MENYELURUH ANTAR PEMERINTAH NEGARA-NEGARA ANGGOTA PERHIMPUNAN BANGSA-BANGSA ASIA TENGGARA DAN REPUBLIK KOREA (ASEAN-KOREA FREE TRADE AREA) Menimbang DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA MENTERI KEUANGAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA, a. bahwa untuk melaksanakan kerja sama ekonomi menyeluruh antar Negara-Negara Anggota Perhimpunan Bangsa-Bangsa Asia Tenggara dan Republik Korea, Pemerintah Republik Indonesia telah menetapkan tarif bea masuk atas barang impor dalam rangka persetujuan kemitraan ekonomi menyeluruh antar Negara-Negara Anggota Perhimpunan Bangsa-Bangsa Asia Tenggara dan Republik Korea dalam Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 45/PMK.010/2022 tentang Penetapan Tarif Bea Masuk dalam Kerangka Kerja Mengenai Kerja Sama Ekonomi Menyeluruh antar Pemerintah Negara-Negara Anggota Perhimpunan Bangsa-Bangsa Asia Tenggara dan Republik Korea (Asean-Korea Free Trade Area); b. bahwa berdasarkan hasil evaluasi terhadap implementasi persetujuan kemitraan ekonomi menyeluruh antar Negara-Negara Anggota Perhimpunan Bangsa-Bangsa Asia Tenggara dan Republik Korea dalam rangka fasilitasi importasi barang dari Negara-Negara Anggota Perhimpunan Bangsa-Bangsa Asia Tenggara dan Republik Korea untuk lebih memberikan kepastian hukum bagi pengguna jasa, sehingga Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 45/PMK.010/2022 tentang Penetapan Tarif Bea Masuk dalam Kerangka Kerja Mengenai Kerja Sama Ekonomi Menyeluruh antar Pemerintah Negara- Negara Anggota Perhimpunan Bangsa-Bangsa Asia Tenggara dan Republik Korea (Asean-Korea Free Trade Area) perlu diubah; jdih.kemenkeu.go.id Mengingat - 2 - c. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam huruf a dan huruf b, perlu menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 45/PMK.010/2022 tentang Penetapan Tarif Bea Masuk dalam Kerangka Kerja Mengenai Kerja Sama Ekonomi Menyeluruh antar Pemerintah Negara-Negara Anggota Perhimpunan Bangsa-Bangsa Asia Tenggara dan Republik Korea (Asean-Korea Free Trade Area); 1. Pasal 17 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945; 2.
